The 3TREES Engineering Project Light Gypsum Plaster is suitable for interior wall coating of newly-built, renovated and expanded buildings. It is a common building plastering material for fine interior decoration.

When the product is applied, attention should be paid to:

1. The substrate shall be solid, clean and free of visible water, and substrate strength shall be greater than or close to that of putty.

2. If the substrate has strong water absorption, it should be first wetted with clean water or sprayed with interface agent for back sealing treatment, before the levelling gypsum is applied (gypsum denseness should be suitable for application).  

3. For newly plastered cement walls, only apply putty after the curing period.

4. Dilute at a powder/water mixture ratio of 10:4-5, stir the mixture for 10 minutes to form a uniform paste, let it stand for 3-5 minutes and stir it again to use.

5. Use a steel scraper or spatula to apply the plaster according to the conventional method. The thickness of a single course of application is 3.0-10 mm, with a theoretical usage of 5-7kg/m2 (calculated for an average levelling thickness of 5mm). Actual usage depends on the flatness of the wall and the thickness of application.

6. If there is relatively significant variation in wall evenness, multiple rounds of application may be made. However, two rounds will be usually enough. Only apply the plaster again after the previous coating layer has dried.

7. After the levelled gypsum dries up, fine putty can be applied and coating be brushed without grinding.
