Substrate treatment:

The substrate should be solid, clean and free of shaking, oil stain, wax stain, concrete curing agent or other loose items. For substrates with high water absorption or in high temperature and dry environments, it is necessary to wet the substrate before application until it is in a state of dry outside and wet inside. Substrate flatness shall be kept at less than 0.5mm per meter. If this requirement is not met, it will be necessary to level first or use a scraper with big tooth depths.

Adhesive slurry preparation:

Add an appropriate amount of water into the mixing bucket, and slowly put in powder while mixing. The mixing ratio is 25kg powder and 5.3-5.8L water (subject to convenient application). Use an electric mixer to mix until there is no caking, place it for 3 minutes, and then mix it fully again before use. It is best to complete the application within 1 hour.

Tiling:

Use a tooth-type scraper to spread the ceramic tile adhesive evenly over the substrate, and sort it into tooth-like strips. Apply the adhesive over an area of approximately 1m2 each time, and then press the tile onto it during the drying time. Scraper tooth depth will depend on the flatness of the working surface and the convex-concave degree of the back surface of the ceramic tile.
