The product complies with the requirements of JC/T 408-2005 Emulsified Asphalt Waterproof Coating.

1. Waterproofing of underground and concrete roof works of industrial and civil buildings;

2. Waterproofing and moistureproofing of special key areas such as pipe roots and internal and external corners; 

3. When used along with asphalt membranes, the coating can form a cost-effective composite "coating + membrane" waterproof system.

• It has high adhesive strength, long-lasting bond with multiple interfaces, no fall-off, and strong anti-slip ability when pasted to membranes on façade;

• It boasts high elongation and strong anti-cracking ability, and can effectively hide cracks in the substrate;

• The sag-resistant coating ensures no sagging when applied 1mm thick per time, and can reach the designed thickness after 2-3 rounds of application;
  

• Thanks to the single component package, the ready-to-use coating is convenient for application, and suitable for spraying, scraping, rolling, brushing and other modes of application;
  

• It can be directly applied to wet or dry substrates, and enjoys excellent bond with the substrate surface;
  

• The waterborne product is green, environmental -friendly, odorless, and free of pungent smell.
  

• Theoretical usage: approximately 1.7-1.9 kg / m2 for a 1.0mm-thick film.

• Substrate cleaning: The substrate should be solid, smooth, and free of floating ash and oil stains. Unevenness, sand holes, cracks, and other substrate defects shall be fixed in advance.

• Application steps: Mechanized spraying (scraping, rolling or brushing) is preferred, and application on large surfaces should be done using the "cross" method. The thickness of each wet film should not be more than 1.0mm, and coating should be uniform, without missed spots or excessive application. Move to the next application process only when the preceding one is completely dry until the designed thickness is reached. After the coating is thoroughly dry, the membrane can be laid. For internal and external corners, construction joints and other fine spots, the method of "two coatings and one cloth" may be adopted, namely applying the coating first, laying and compacting non-woven fabric before surface dry of the coating, and then applying the coating once more on the surface of non-woven fabric.

• This product is a non-flammable and non-explosive material and can be transported as general goods. During transportation, it is necessary to prevent rain, sun exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision, and keep the package intact.
  

• Store the product in a cool and dry place at 5 ℃ to 35 ℃, and avoid sun exposure, freezing, extrusion and collision.

• Storage life: 6 months

• It is forbidden to dilute the coating with water.

• The application temperature should be between 5℃ and 35℃. No application is allowed on rainy days. After application, the surface should be protected for 8 hours from rain;

• The interval between two rounds of application should be within 24 hours.

• In case that the coating splashes into the eye, wash with clean water immediately.
