This product is a high-end, water-resistant leveling putty, made from quality emulsion powder and various other powders. After drying, it is water-resistant and alkaline-resistant, of high strength, anti-cracking, anti-dropping, breathable and easy to apply. Meets 3TREES’s Health+ Standard Q/SKSP 038

1. VOC: ≤5g/kg (powder), about 1/3 of the national standard, and about 1/2 of the China Environmental Protection Industry Standard;

2. Free formaldehyde: ≤5mg/kg, about 1/10 of the China Environmental Protection Industry Standard;

3. Benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and dimethylbenzene are not detected;

4. Heavy metals: with limits superior to the national standard and the China Environmental Protection Industry Standard.

Substrate Treatment:

1. The substrate layer should be solid, flat, and free of dust and stain. Any flaking or peeling shall be removed (Any construction glue, plaster powder, or paper strip mixed lime mortar applied to the substrate must be completely removed).

2. Holes and hollows on or in the wall shall be dealt with; seams between calcium silicate board, gypsum board or wood board and the wall, or seams between boards shall be filled.

Mixing:

Dilute the putty powder (putty: water=10:3-3.5), stir fully for ten minutes to produce a paste, leave it for five minutes, stir again and apply. Water that contains acid, alkali or salt shall not be used for dilution. The paste shall be used within two hours (in a temperature of around 25℃), and paste already dried cannot be mixed with water and used again. 

Scraping: 

Use a steel scraper, scrap evenly without leaving any mark. Each time the thickness should not exceed 3mm, the total thickness is generally less than 5mm. Second-time putty shall be applied when the previous one dries. The surface can be polished when the putty dries.

• The temperature for application shall be 5℃-35℃ and humidity ≤85%.

• Theoretical amount: 1.0-1.8kg/㎡, varying according to substrate conditions.

• The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, against sun, moisture and water. Refer to the product label for production date, expiration date and net weight.
