The substrate layer shall be solid, clean, and free of water, with its strength higher or close to that of the putty.
For a more water-absorbing substrate, water shall be sprayed first or interface agent brushed, and then the leveling gypsum applied (mixed to a suitable density).
A newly plastered cement wall shall wait for the end of maintenance period, before application of putty.
Dilute the powder (powder: water=10:4-5), stir fully for 10 minutes to produce a paste, leave it for 3-5 minutes, stir again and apply.
Apply in a regular way with a steel scraper or putty knife. Each time the thickness shall be at 3.0-10mm. While the theoretical amount is 5-7kg/㎡ (for leveling 5mm), the actual amount depends on the original evenness and leveling thickness.
For a more uneven surface, multiple leveling might be required, usually no more than twice. Second leveling can only be carried out after the previous layer is completely dry.
Fine putty can be applied after the gypsum is dry, without polishing. And then polishing and painting can be made.
The temperature for application shall be 5℃-35℃ and humidity ≤85%.
The product, after being made into a paste, shall be used within one hour, to avoid hardening.
The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, against sun, moisture and water. Refer to the product label for production date, expiration date and net weight.
