Substrate Treatment
The substrate layer should be solid, flat, and free of dust and stain. Any flaking or peeling shall be removed (Any construction glue, plaster powder, or paper strip mixed lime mortar applied to the substrate must be completely removed). Treated or soft substrate must be cleaned and consolidated by applying interface agent.
Holes and hollows on or in the wall shall be dealt with; seams between calcium silicate board, gypsum board or wood board and the wall, or seams between boards shall be sealed.
Mixing
Dilute the putty powder (putty: water=10:3-3.5), stir fully for ten minutes to produce a paste, leave it for five minutes, stir again and apply. Water that contains acid, alkali or salt shall not be used for dilution.
Scraping
Use a steel scraper and scrap for several times, each time with a maximum thickness of 2mm, preferably 1mm. The whole putty layer shall not exceed 3mm. A second scraping can start when the previous one dries. The next procedure can only be carried out after the putty layer is completely dry.
Scope of Application:
This product can be used for priming in interior wall construction, applicable to surfaces including concrete, cement mortar, calcium silicate and plaster board. It has a better decorative effect when used together with medium and high-end paint.
Amount:
1.0-1.6kg/㎡ (for leveling 1mm), depending on substrate conditions.
Attention:
The temperature for application shall be 5℃-35℃ and humidity ≤85%.
The product shall be stored in a cool, dry and ventilated place, against sun, moisture and water. Refer to the product label for production date, expiration date and net weight.
