3TREES's Health+ Enterprise Standard: Based on the indicators for waterborne building coatings specified in Q/SKSP 038 Health+ Waterborne Coating.

Class 0 anti-fungus: Tested according to GB/T 1741 Test Method for Determining the Resistance of Paints Film to Mold, Class 0 anti-fungal performance means that no mold grows on the test sample under visual observation at 50X magnification;

Free of 7 additives: This product is free of artificial addition of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), formaldehyde, benzenes (toluene, xylene, ethylbenzene), pigments and fillers with over-standard heavy metals, alkyl phenol polyoxyethylene ether (APEO), ethylene glycol ether and ether ester, and phthalates (PAEs).

The tinted products do not fall within the scope of "Free of 7 Additives".

Application instructions: The surface must be clean, dry, neutral, even, free of floating ash, oil stains and sundries. All leaking positions must undergo waterproof treatment. Before spraying, the surface must be polished and leveled to ensure that the surface humidity of the pre-coated substrate is less than 10% and the pH value is less than 10. The paint effect will depend on substrate eveness.

Application conditions: Wall temperature: ≥ 5℃, humidity ≤ 85%, good ventilation conditions.

Application method: brush coating, roller coating, and spraying.

Dilution ratio:  This product may be diluted with an appropriate amount of water (until it reaches a suitable viscosity for application).

Theoretical paint usage: (12-14) ㎡/L/single round (Assuming a 30micro paint film, the actual amount of usage may vary slightly depending on substrate roughness).

Recoating time: The surface drying time is 30-60 minutes, and thorough drying will take 2 hours. The recoating internal is 2-3 hours (both of them may be appropriately extended under low temperature and high humidity conditions).

Curing period: 7 days/25℃; under low temperature and high humidity conditions, the curing period may be appropriately extended in order to obtain a tough paint film effect. During the paint film curing and daily use process, it is recommended that doors and windows should be closed for dehumidification in case of high humidity weather (such as the damp season, plum rain, etc.).

Substrate Treatment:

1. New walls: Thoroughly remove the dust, oil stains and loose putty, etc. from the surface. If there are pores, repair them in time so as to ensure that the wall surface is clean, dry and even.

2. Repainted walls: It is recommended to thoroughly remove the original paint film and putty layer, clear dust from the surface, and level, polish, clean and dry the wall surface thoroughly, so as to prevent the problems left over from the old wall (such as odor, mildew, etc.) from affecting the application effect

*Before coating, the substrate should undergo acceptance inspection, and coating can only proceed after acceptance inspection is passed.

Painting System:

In order to ensure the wall surface effect, it is recommended that this product should be used along with the 3TREES One-Stop Wall Decoration Scheme.

Substrate treatment (3TREES serial substrate treatment product) - one round of primer (Sen Deluxe Multi-Effect Anti-Fungal and Alkali-Resistant Primer) - two rounds of topcoat (Sen Deluxe serial wall paint)

Tool cleaning: After coating is over or when coating stops midway, please clean the tools with clear water in time so as to prolong their service life. This packaging barrel can be recycled for reuse after cleaning, and packaging waste may be recycled.
